Joe Vettori
With over 11 years of dedicated service, Joe continues to demonstrate excellence both inside and outside of work. In the shop, he is one of our top producers and has taken the initiative to mentor a young technician in the complex skill of transmission repair. Beyond the dealership, Joe extends his leadership and generosity to the community by supporting charitable organizations that aid our military veterans. His professional expertise and heart for service make him a role model for us all.

Andrea “Lightening” McQueen
Andrea is a true rockstar on the sales floor — organized, dedicated, and always willing to go above and beyond. As her nominators shared: she has stepped up to coordinate non-grilling Feed ’Em Fridays, organized month-end lunches, and taken charge of ordering “Serra Chevrolet” apparel for the entire team. Every time she steps away from her desk to handle these tasks, she sacrifices potential sales opportunities, showing her commitment to our culture and her desire to make a positive impact.
Logan Mong
Logan brings a quiet determination and a strong willingness to help others every single day. In his free time, he has been working with Kendall to learn vehicle prep, expanding his skills and career opportunities. Angela Cattane
Angela Cattane has gone above and beyond consistently. Whether she’s assisting customers at the Bodyshop or stepping into the rental department to ensure keys are organized and vehicles are properly placed for immediate access, she does it all with care and dedication. Each morning, she takes the initiative to send out rental updates to the advisors—all while helping manage the body shop front desk and providing exceptional customer service. No matter the time of day you will find Angela with a smile on her face and willing to do what is needed!
April 2025: Meet Brett and Tom!
Brett Walter
Brett does a lot for the Preowned department which is often unseen. He is asked to solve a lot of problems and issues that no one wants to solve. He is also crucial to the day-to-day operations of the department, and when he isn’t here, it is felt in the department.
Tom Kalaj
Tom completed 3 assessment tests and obtained his "World Class Status" Also produces above 140% efficiency in Tech productivity. Tom helps anyone who needs assistance and has a positive attitude.
